Lawrenceville CLT will be the first home ownership Community Land Trust program in our region. It is uniquely designed to fit the Upper Lawrenceville community “fabric” while creating a range of plans for various family sizes that can be continued in the neighborhood as well as translated to other neighborhood communities.
