We are seeking applicants for the following positions:

Architect I / Designer I

Licensed professional or non-licensed architectural staff with generative design skills, capable of self directing the advancement of projects to achieve meaningful designs. Candidates will have skills in conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. Experience or interest in urban design and early project development is preferred.

 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with interest or knowledge in urban design
  • 3+ years of post-college work experience
  • Experience as a design leader in a collaborative environment
  • Experience as a project manager leading a team through all phases of a project
  • Experience with the application of high-performance and sustainable design

 

Architect II / Designer II

Licensed professional or non-licensed architectural with generative design skills capable of advancing and directing a team in pursuit of meaningful design. Candidates will have technical skills in the planning, design, and coordination of complex projects including pursuit of new or improved techniques and procedures. Candidates will have mentorship experience in providing technical guidance to less experienced architects.

 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with interest or knowledge in urban design
  • 6+ years of post-college work experience
  • Experience as a design leader in a collaborative environment
  • High-level Revit skills, and experience using Adobe Suite is highly preferred
  • Interest with the application of high performance and sustainable design
  • Experience providing mentorship and direction to fellow collaborators

 

Architectural Staff

Full-time position for recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation as they begin their architectural career.  Mentorship will be provided as you grow to apply architectural and technical knowledge in practice.  This position includes daily collaboration as all staff members are expected to contribute to generative and meaningful design ideas.

 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with interest or knowledge in urban design
  • 0-3 years of post-college work experience
  • Excellent design, graphic, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with Revit is preferred
  • Demonstration of collaborative skills
